Enhancing Access to Sexual Reproductive Health Services amongst girls and women with disabilities.
This project is being implemented in the Olmekenyu area in Narok South. Key activities under this project include:
- Community dialogue forums with caregivers of women with disabilities on Sexual Reproductive Health Rights of Girls and Women with disabilities
- Menstrual Health Management conversations with girls and women with disabilities using simple communication.
- Distribution of SRH dignity packages for girls and women with disabilities.

Registration outreach for women with disabilities.
She Achieves collaborates with National Council of women with Disabilities (NCPWD) and the Ministry of Health to conduct medical assessment and registration outreaches in the hard to reach areas.
In 2021, She Achieves facilitated two registration outreaches in Olmekenyu and Olchoro reaching a total number of 49 women with disabilities.

Economic empowerment of women with disabilities and their caregivers.
She Achieves has currently enrolled 17 women with disabilities and their caregivers from Olmekenyu in the economic empowerment program. Key activities under this program include:
- Training on entrepreneurship and small business management.
- Providing each caregiver with 5 chickens to start a chicken rearing project.
- After two months, each caregiver brings two eggs every week. The eggs are put together sold as a tray and the money given to one caregiver/person with disability on a rotational basis for her to buy menstrual hygiene products. Each tray is sold at Ksh. 450

Tech for girls.
She Achieves works closely with like-minded partners to commemorate International Days. Previously we have collaborated with Gender Sector Working group, Narok County Government and National Council of women with Disabilities (NCPWD).
In 2021, She Achieves commemorated the following days:
- International Women’s Day held on 8th March 2021 at Lemek in Narok West.
- International Day of women with Disabilities held on 3rd December, 2021 at Narok stadium.
- International Human Rights Day held on 10th December, 2021 at Mosiro in Narok East.
