She Achieves is currently looking for 7 board members from diverse professional backgrounds who are willing and able to propel the organization to the next level through offering quality leadership and securing resources for the organization. The board members must have passion for advancing women’s and girl’s rights specifically for girls and women with disabilities.

Staff Members

Pauline Wanjiku Njoroge
Legal Manager
Ms. Njoroge is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Commissioner for Oaths. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Nairobi. She has extensive experience in civil and human rights litigation and in legal research. She is passionate about seeing justice done for all, and especially for the vulnerable members of society.

Monicah Thiong’o
Programmes Coordinator
Ms. Thiong’o holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economic and Sociology from Chuka University. She is a CPA 5 finalist. Monicah works with She Achieves as the Programs Coordinator.
Her day to day work at She Achieves include planning, coordinating and implementing program activities, preparing high quality reports and representing the organization in various platforms including the Narok Gender Sector Working Group.
Prior to joining She Achieves. Monicah worked with the National Council of Persons With Disabilities (NCPWD) for close to two years supporting the county coordinator to effectively and efficiently implement and manage NCPWD activities within Narok County.
